PRE (Pialue) Greening Method

Shortened construction period and reduced construction costs achieved! An ideal greening method for the global environment.

The "PRE (Pialuī) Greening Method" is a greening spray method that reuses felled trees and purchased raw chips discharged from construction sites, allowing for on-site recycling. By applying coal ash (the main raw material for the binder MC binder) to the soil, the impact of acid rain caused by coal-fired power generation on the soil is mitigated. Recycled materials such as "coal ash (used as a binder) and wood chip waste (used as a substrate)" are used in the spraying material to achieve permanent greening. 【Features】 ■ Compliant with the Green Purchasing Law ■ Designated method as "Design Comparison Target Technology" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism ■ Vegetation substrate spraying method that does not require wire mesh ■ Greenhouse gas reduction effect ■ Construction achievements exceeding 600,000 m² * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Method Introduction: Long Fiber Mixed Thick Layer Substrate Spraying Method "Roving Shot Method"

Thick layer substrate spraying work using a mortar spraying machine with the incorporation of "long fibers."

For about 20 years, this method has the longest construction history and the most extensive track record as a greening foundation work using long fibers in the organic thick-layer substrate spraying method, making it the most reliable technique. By air spraying, the growth substrate material is compacted and formed, allowing for a corkboard-like plant growth foundation with excellent erosion resistance and water retention to be finished to a uniform thickness.
